Chinese consumer electronics and telecom giant Huawei held a launch conference for the release of seven products for online smart offices.
The products include the new-generation flagship notebook MateBook X Pro, all-in-one MateStation X, two-in-one notebook MateBook E, printer PixLab X1, MatePad Paper, HarmonyOS pad MatePad and Huawei’s first portable speaker Sound Joy.
At the conference, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei’s consumer business, emphasized that focusing on smart life will be the long-term strategy of Huawei’s consumer business over the next five to ten years, covering sports health, smart home, smart travel, smart office and audio-visual entertainment. Huawei currently has more than 60,000 retail stores around the world, and the monthly active users of the Huawei App Gallery has reached 580 million.
Huawei MateBook X Pro
Weighing just 1.38kg, the Matebook X Pro brings a 14.2-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 3120 x 2080 px resolution and a 92.5% screen-to-body ratio. Huawei claims this is the best panel it’s ever put in a laptop.
Huawei MateBook E
Huawei’s MateBook E 2-in-1 notebook is just 7.9mm thick and weighs 709 grams. The tablet can convert to a laptop via its bundled keyboard case. It features a 12.6-inch OLED screen that can reach a brightness of 600 nits. Huawei’s second-generation M-Pencil is also supported to achieve high work efficiency.

Huawei MateStation X
Huawei’s MateStation X is the largest all-in-one PC in the maker’s lineup. The machine has no interface on the back, and the unique dynamic rotating shaft design allows users to easily adjust the elevation angle of the screen. Users can enjoy an all-encompassing vision via the 92% screen-to-body ratio and 4-sided super-narrow bezels. The 28.2-inch 4K+ 10-point multi-touch screen grants users more intuitive interactions with the screen.
Huawei MatePad Paper
Huawei MatePad Paper, a new member of the Huawei MatePad series, is the world’s first tablet equipped with the HarmonyOS 2 system and E Ink display, bringing immersive reading and office work. It supports smart content transfers from Huawei phones.
MatePad Paper is designed for reading and writing down notes, thanks to its 10.3-inch E Ink display with a high screen ratio of 86.3%. The tablet supports Huawei’s second-generation M-Pencil stylus, which allows users to hand-write, record, and take split screen notes with a textbook on one side and the notes app on the other.
Huawei MatePad
The Huawei MatePad has a 10.4-inch 2K full-view screen, which has passed the certification of blue light and no stroboscopic light from TÜV Rheinland, Germany. It is equipped with a multi-window and parallel screen, which makes application operations with a horizontal screen more flexible.
The Huawei MatePad also supports seamless connection with other Huawei devices. Once connected, users can drag and drop files between their phones and the tablet. In collaboration with a PC, users can work efficiently through three modes: mirroring, expanding and sharing.
Huawei PixLab X1
PixLab X1 is Huawei’s first laser printer, which supports printing, scanning and copying functions. Functions like “Pop-up Pairing,” “Tap to Print” and “Remote Printing” make using the printer easy, together with Huawei phones and tablets. It is equipped with a drawer-type toner cartridge that supports a two-step replacement process.
Huawei Sound Joy
The Huawei Sound Joy is a portable speaker designed by Huawei and Devialet. The four-unit system brings an excellent listening experience to users. It is equipped with an 8800 mA battery, which brings a powerful endurance of 26 hours. It comes in two colors – Obsidian Black and Spruce Green.
