At the recent Galaxy Awesome Unpacked 2022 live event, the Samsung Galaxy A73, A53, and A33 smartphones were officially unveiled. Here’s everything that you need to know about the new midrange smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy A73 is the biggest of the three devices, although it seems to look the same as the Galaxy A53 when you look at both side-by-side. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 778G and features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with up to 90Hz refresh rate. It has the biggest punch hole selfie camera cutout among the three devices.
You will be getting a healthy 5,000mAh battery capacity, IP67 water and dust resistance, and the rear will be reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE / S21 FE. Together with the other two phones, it does come with features you’d typically find on the flagship devices, including the complete Galaxy ecosystem (Samsung Pay, Smart Things, etc.), Bixby Routines, RAM Plus, and Link to Windows.

Pokdepinion: Seems like a very promising midrange smartphone, though it’s not a huge upgrade over its predecessor. It’s still a notable increment but I’m more curious about the performance of the Exynos 1280, especially compared to the Snapdragon 778G.
